Hey guys just trying to tally up some opinions here. What foods have you swapped & why for your overall health?
Here's some of mine. Please add your own.
-Switched tuna to Skinless Boneless sardines. Less to no mercury(from my google searches),better source of fat & personally I think it taste better.
-Switched mango to papaya. Less sugar, plus did some reading about the enzymes in papaya which claims to be beneficial.
-Switched bread to rice cakes. Gluten free & fewer calories.
