 Try to keep in mind that Physics has very few concepts - understanding them makes problem sets/exams very easy.

I am terrible at math. I got an A for introduction to physics. If you are just taking introduction, it is waaay more concept based than anything else. Get the concepts down and you will do fine.

Memorize the basic formulas and what the letter stand for.

If this is for higher physics, I have no idea.

In first year engineering we took Physics I and II, and more than 70% we learned in high school. It's not too hard once you grasp Newtons 3 laws and the 5 projectile motion equations and you'll get at least a 70%.

Yessir. But the professor was way easy in terms of exams. We got to bring in notecards with the relevant formulas written on them.
