My dentist recently recommended I switch to these.

I'm not familiar with them, and googling turned up lots of sites selling it, but no independent reviews.

Does anyone know anything about them? Are they any better than, says Crest toothpaste and Scope mouthwash?

The active ingredient in this (and most other toothpastes geared for halitosis) is stabilized chlorine dioxide.

I believe the Oxyfresh patented version of this chemical is called 'Oxygene'.

The answer to your question is yes...they are better than standard toothpastes and otc mouthwashes for chronic halitosis.

Another product you could try is called 'Closys'. Their website is smilekiss.com
