I have an APFT coming up in january and I always get a 280-290, but never that elusive 300 mark. I feel as if I overtrain for each PFT and I dont feel 100%. I was wondering what kind of workouts should I be doing the week of the PFT? And how much time off should I take before the actualy test?
Thanks guys.

Nothing. You should have at least five days of complete rest before the APFT.
