Whats the point?

Im a huge hockey fan, and I wanted to watch a game Sunday afternoon. Instead I cant. Instead I get to miss the majority of Saturdays games because there were too many.

Whats the point?

Is it just for media exposure? Is it really worth a few extra articles on the NHL scheduling a game for every team in a day?

Even better for me, Kings/Preds was the only game not televised on Saturday. Not sure why they do it but I agree, dumb scheduling.

I think its more for live attendance then for tv purposes.

The NFL is the beast all other leagues fear (and then try to be like when the NFL's season stops).

Plenty of Sunday hockey from mid-Feb on.
