I am a female fighter that walks around at 130 and I need to lose weight to fight at 115 in January 2009. I need to be walking around at 125-123 before the fight and then cut water weight. I would like to do this the healthy way by dieting and increasing my cardio. Can anybody give me some advice about how to accomplish this?

In the mornings before you eat have yourself a good 30-45 min jog or treadmill.It will get your metabolism going trough the roof.Try to stay away from bad carbs like enriched breads and pastas etc...and consume good carbs like 100% whole wheat bread and pastas etc...
Also try not to eat after 8pmish.Eat fruits and veggies also!
these are some simple and effective ways to shed some lbs and still feel healthy!
