Hi guys,I'll be visiting my friends in Austin next week and I would love to train while I am out there. What are the best clubs to train at for sub. grappling? I have a fair bit of experience so I would like to train with some skilled guys. Thanks.Chris

Oh I can also travel to San Antonia, Dallas, or Houstin if there are good clubs there as well.

If you come to San Antonio check out Marra Senki BJJ (www.marrajj.com). For the others I would recommend the following from personal experience:

Austin: http://www.infinitejj.com/ or http://www.gracieaustin.com/

Houston: http://www.solismartialarts.com/

Dallas: http://mohlerjiu-jitsu.com/

I would suggest going to the only school with 3 Black Belt Instructors. www.GRACIEAUSTIN.com the 5 x world champ was here all last week & will be back on thursday.

You can check the schools list at txmma.com for all of those cities, and probably ask around on the forums there and some people will probably give you an invite or two.

The two largest BJJ schools by enrollment in the austin area are Vandry BJJ (austinbjj.com) and Relson Gracie Austin (gracieaustin.com) but there are a lot of other schools around too now. Try a few.
