A buddy of mine makes a homemade honey mustard. Anyone have an idea how he makes it? Do you have to use mustard powder or seeds?

I would assume you want seeds since powders tend to lose flavor before whole seeds.

I've been toying with the idea of making a signature mustard as well to go with my smoked meats.

Currently I get all my mustards from Kozlik's, which are absolutely amazing. But he sells all the raw supplies too.

I think making it is pretty damn easy. Just google mustard making and you will find plenty of instructionals.
