In CA and a few other states you can't have a mag that holds more than 10 rounds unless you had it before the CA Assault Weapons ban of 2000 kicked in. You guys in other states finding it hard to come by them nowadays or is the supply still pretty good?

Well, since most states don't have that stupid law, it's not a big deal.

The federal AWB ended in 2004 and most states didn't put any limits on magazine capacity, meaning that finding 10 round mags in most gun shops is hard to do since nobody wants them.

But Obama has promised to place the ban back in.

I know high capacity magazines for the AR 15 are hard to find.
