It's a 4 month program at BU
I'd love to move to new york and go to the french culinary institute or the institute of culinary education, but this would be a more feasible option.(I live 4 miles away from bu and its a lot cheaper).

For a job or just to be a good cook? Does credentials count as much as experience or apprenticeship in the field?
Either way if you have the time and money, go for it.
