Squatdog - I can only assume you are trolling.

Lol at going on about circa 2000 european rugby a couple of years in to the professional era as your basis of comparison.

Samoa have beaten Wales 3 times out of 6 games, including when Wales hosted the World Cup.

Once again, the ONLY reason for any southern hemisphere player to ever compete in a B-grade competition like the Heineken Cup is the MONEY.

Carl Hayman is currently recieving over a MILLION dollars per year to play for some English side, which is roughly three times what he could get from the NZRFU.

Don't forget the number of southern hemisphere players who could barely make a Super14 team, yet walked into northern hemisphere test sides ie: Metcalf, Martin Leslie, Tony Marsh etc.

Northern Hemisphere rugby is so poor yet it produced an England team that could not be beaten in 2003 - even before the world cup they went to all the Southern Hemisphere and beat them in their own back yard.

I might be wrong, but has'nt France knocked New Zealand out of the world cup and did'nt they do it twice?

Since Wales lost to Samoa they have beaten the likes of South Africa and Australia.

In 2005 the British and Irish Lions Rugby union team toured New Zealand for the first time since 1993, suffering a 3–0 whitewash at the hands of the New Zealand All Blacks. For the Lions, having toured Australia in 2001 and South Africa in 1997, it was the first time for 22 years they lost every test match on tour. They left on 25 May and departed from Wales.

The failure of the 2005 Lions, despite having one of the most experienced playing squads and the largest management team of any Lions tour, prompted criticism of Sir Clive Woodward, particularly his selection policy, and prompted commentators to question the future of the Lions.

First Test

19:00 NZST
New Zealand  21 – 3 British and Irish Lions

Second Test

19:00 NZST
New Zealand  48 – 18 British and Irish Lions

Third Test

19:00 NZST
New Zealand  38 – 19 British and Irish Lions

Southern hemisphere sides have won 5 of the 6 World Cups and England producing a competent side is an aberration.

The wrong players were picked for the tour. Woodward went with his old English team and not players that were on form.

Four of the top-5 ranked teams are from the southern hemisphere.

Even Argentina is ranked higher than England...AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

Four of the top-10 teams have never beaten the All Blacks EVER.

England will learn to savour their solitary fluke World Cup win, like they reminisce about the 1966 Soccer World Cup...

When was the last time NZ got to the final? It was 1995 - England have made it to the last two finals!

Consider yourself lucky to be alive for the sole time that England will ever win the World Cup.

You'll be able to tell your grandchildren that 'you were there' way back in 2003 when England weren't the laughingstock of world rugby.

I won't be able to tell them about when NZ won the world cup - I was only 7 at the time.....

I will be able to tell them about when England won the world cup 16 years later.

The All Blacks are the best team in the world, while England are only good at proffesional fouls, kicking the ball into touch and re-writing the rules whenever they feel like it.

All Blacks don't have any bottle. They just can't win when it matters.

Squatdog - Why do think NZ have only won the world cup once?
