So I'm watching the Food Network and see tandoori (tanduri?) chicken being cooked and it hits me... my big green egg could be used in place of the traditional Indian clay oven. So now... do any of you know a good recipe?

go to an indian market and get tandoori paste. thats the only way i've ever done it.

well the stuff burns so i'd reccomend no hotter than like 350-375 or so.
