LOL - meant to post this here but somehow posted on OG. Oh well. Anyway....

Anyone here ever live in or build a kit home? Did you come up against any difficulties or issues ?

On the surface, it seems like it would save you a bunch of money / time (kit homes seem to take weeks - not months - to assemble), even when you take into account needing to buy the extras (kitchen + fittings, bathroom etc).

eg /

^^^ Ditto, 4 bedroom, study, en suite, entertainment room, etc etc

Both for around U$15,000.

 you could build a basic cabin with outside toilet.
