My friends at work think I am a nut for my views on the economy and peak oil affects on our country. Never the less we have been experimenting with trapping chickens at work. Wild chickens give about a third of the meat lets say a Costco chicken has so we need to catch 3 more. We are trying to find an easier way of cleaning them, which is the shittiest part of the whole deal.

I'll post an update.

What you would want to do is trap them and feed them for a couple of weeks. It would minimize the gamey taste. Soak in milk before cooking as well.
