Is the move that 10th Planet calls "the 100%" legal in any of the American wrestling styles?

Thanks. I don't see it used, though. Am I wrong that it's not used? Or is there a good reason it's not used?

It doesn't work 100% on wrestlers, that's for damn sure. I've tried it before, and had them just shrug their way out of it.

Imagine I have you in a headlock/guillotine with your head under my right armpit. My right arm then goes from around your neck to under your left arm. This gives me a kinda weird reverse quarter-nelsonish position, that I can use to torque you over, like using a quarter nelson to turn someone from the turtle.
