About a week ago I was drilling a move at jiu-jitsu class and I tried to post my leg up to base out and due to my flexibility felt a really sharp pain in front of my ankle. I'm guessing this is the ATFL and I sprained it.
Does anyone know how to rehab this? It's acted up again this past week during class just for a bit. I'm wondering besides RICE, what else can do i do strengthen it?
