I just cut up some mangoes, pineapple, watermelon, and a honeydew melon. How long will it keep in sealed tupperware in my refridgerator?

The melons and pineapple will last about a week before getting soft. The mango wont last too long. Try to squirt some lemon juice on the fruit to keep from browning sooner.

If your clock is running out just toss them in the freezer for smoothies later.

Any good basic smoothies? The only one I've ever made is skim milk, pb, banana, and frozen berries in a blender.

That's it.  Maybe throw in some yogurt if you're into that kind of thing.  And sugar if the fruit isn't all that sweet.  Or maybe honey if you're a hippy.

I'm not the best authority though.  The only smoothie I ever made had ice cream in it.  So technically it may have been a milkshake.
