Been getting my shit together over the last 5 years & have a few loose ends re: taxes & various creditors that I'm ready to fix. Everybody I personally know here in Vegas has some element of "shady" to 'em & I don't want to go the cheap route on this one.

Finding a decent doctor out here has proven to be a fucking nightmare. Please tell me I'm not screwed on this front as well.

If my firm had an office anywhere near there I would ask for a referral. Looking at my book, the Lex Mundi for Nevada is Lionel Sawyer & Collins and they do tax from the looks of it:
