Hello Coach Sonnon,

I'm a big fan of your strategy of concentrating a pin on the opponents diaphragm to control their breathing. I understand how this could be done when I'm on my back using the full guard. What is your strategy of controlling an opponent in your open guard or half guard?

Thanks!

DF,
Adjust the structural techniques of standard passes and breaks to apply pressure with the hands when pushing up/back and with the shoulder when applying bodylocks.
