I remember Scott Sonnon mentioned this somewhere. I would think it's true since getting struck on an inhale is deadly compared to an exhale.

Many knockouts are, in that it's a genetic safety mechanism desired to get the body horizontal rapidly as a result of "pneumothoracic shock."

I also wanted to figure something out... When doing any exercise do you always inhale through the nose and out the mouth throughout the whole session?
