and how do they calculate the $$ amount if this is the 4th case of this in the last 6yrs in the same building. The first 2 girls had settlements with gag orders on them. The 3rd and 4th have both filed complaints with the EEOC. Plus now they are screwing girl #2 whom already settled 3+ years ago, over $3,200.....So now she is filing a complaint with the EEOC.
The first 2 and second group of 2 girls were dealing with two different groups of males.

Girl #2 also agreed to testify for girl #4 who is waiting to talk to a lawyer as soon as she gets the letter back from the EEOC with their findings. The EEOC said is sounds like she for sure had a case. I don't think girl #3 is going to sue though.

As a general rule, in a situation where the plaintiff can show repeat cases of sexual harassment, it is possible for the jury to consider that fact in deliberating over punitive damages. Out of court settlements with confidentiality clauses, however, will not come up in trial.

Both of the other cases went to trial and had cash settlements. Plus the girl in the second case said she would testify for my wife, as they are trying to screw her out of 3,200 dollars that is owed to her. Her case was 3yrs ago so I don't get what they are thinking...

If there is a cash settlement, which includes a confidentiality clause, then it will not come into play. Perhaps is was not a "settlement," but rather, it went to trial and Girl 2 won. If that is the case, then it will come into play.

Not necessarily. I'm fuzzy on my evidence rules but obviously there will be a fight over getting that sort of thing in.

What kind of "sexual discrimination"?

The Supremes just ruled that "me too" evidence is allowable now.

Seriously? Specifically in this context or under general federal evidence rules?
