Looking for suggestions:

I am a decent (not outstanding) cook. My friends come over for PPVs. I enjoy cooking for them.

Usually I make thematic menu items.

When Arlovski fought Fedor I made Deep Dish Pizza in honour of Arlovski's adopted hometown (have you ever seen Belarussian recipes? A lot of beets and tripe.)

Sometimes it's just a clever pun - Gabriel Gonzaga Gorgonzola burgers.

Sometimes a little mix of geography and puns - Georges St. pierre mini tourtieres.

And I always make burritos every time BJ Penn fights. Or Spam. Or Spam burritos.

Anyways, I'm feeling less-than-inspired so if anyone has suggestions, I'm game.

Sorry if this sort of thread gets done a zillion times - I'm new around here.

How about a brocoli casserole with some diced sausage....could be a broc and frank casserole. Sorry, thats all I got.

BROCCOLI - SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
1 lb. bag broccoli cuts
3 lbs. potatoes
1 lb. sausage
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. minced dried onion
Garlic powder
Pre-cook broccoli and potatoes. Combine ingredients and place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
TOPPING:
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. butter
Mix and put on 10 minutes before casserole is removed from oven.

 Frank Mirs and beans, lol

Make Brockebabs and serve them on minature penis swords

Green Thiago

Cornish Game Hendos

Riddum and blueberry cobbler

Make a label for your keg that says "Belcher's"

For a centerpiece use a Coleman lantern that's out of gas.

I don't expect you to make any of those.
