 I just got one of these turbo convection ovens. I threw a bunch of baby carrots and diced sweet potato's on the bottom and half a chicken on top. It all came out really good and I am gonna try a bunch of other stuff over the next few days.

anyone else use one of these before? Got any ideas?

Hopefully this doesnt get moved off the BGE ground...

^ That's why I've never bought one. I rarely use my oven. I'm a grill/fry dude. When I use the oven, it's most often for recipes. I don't want to have to recalculate or burn.
