I am looking for a good place to train (BJJ, striking, wrestling, MMA) in the Fort Worth area. I live, train, etc in Orlando, Florida but a friend of mine is in the Fort Worth area (1 hour west of Dallas if that helps). He has never trained and I would like to set him up with a good school in the area. Please PM or post with the school, instructor, or whatever so I can help him get started. I would like to see him come up right and not be thrown to the lions like a christian in Rome!!!Thanks in advance!!!

All the above choices are great suggestions. Tony Tipton has a very good thing going with his crew, very nice people as well. Probably the place with the most technical & controlled ground training.
