Racked it at the end of January. Should be ready to bottle in Early April.

I really don't know. This particular recipe was 2.25 lbs. sugar to 4 lbs. fruit and 1 packet Montrachet yeast. I believe that packet is suitable for up to 5 gallons. So multiply accordingly and that's what I did.

I wanted to bottle it this weekend but I have no motor functions because of the drinking I've done. Next weekend I think I'm going to bottle it. Technically it'd be potable but I think it'll be "raw." I'll bottle it and come October or so it'll be "done."

I'll be in for some of this. I can pound a few liters then roam around your neighborhood on halloween. Remmeber that first batch of beer you made??? I remember pounding that nasty shit and getting drunk as hell. Good times!

Fuck. I forgot to take pics.

I bottled the wine 2 days ago. It's not horrifying. It's been over a year since I made it. I think it needs to smooth out a bit in the bottles. We drank a couple of bottles last night for the fights and had a good time.

I made the mistake of drinking a store bought wine. It's not even "good" wine per se but you can tell the difference between a refined wine and the hooch that I made. Personal pride though...
