I'm trying to improve the HEIGHT of my bridge (on my head OR on my shoulders). I struggle with upper T-spine mobility (no injuries, just not flexible there).
Any suggestions to improve this range of motion and bridge HIGHER?

Stretching. Making sure you're warm before bridging in practice. Tripod on your head, ass in the air, feet planted, and just roll your neck and forth. This will strengthen your neck and help your strech your neck and upper back.
