Ain't cheap and it's a bit of a haul from you but it's probably your best bet for finding a good rottie in the U.S.

 Not located close by, but look into Von Ruelmann Rottweilers - my pup is from this line.  Responsible, great breeders with a wealth of knowledge and contacts.  They might be able to help you with finding a breeder closer to you.
