Just picked up a 20 lb shoulder at the butcher, rubbed it down, let it sit overnight. Kick up the smoker early tomorrow, smoke over cherry for 12 or so hours, let sit, pull and try and keep from doing happy dance while shredding the pork.

Tomorrow we dine on swine!
