Well how about posting a link to the various blades. It's the courteous thing to do rather than make people search.

What I would look at are the actual specs.

Material of the blade
Intended use
Type of handle
Balance & Feel
Sheath (I think the Kabar has a nicer sheath from what I've seen)

If you are good at maintaining your blades, then high carbon steel is a better choice than stainless, all things considered. Don't know the materials in either, though.

Are you using it as a gen purpose blade, or a fantasy weapon, or hunting knife?

Type of handle is important, but can often only be determined after heavy use. Leather type handles rather than a type of rubber might suit you better. Go to a knife store and try out each.

Balance - feel of the blade in your hand. Does it fit well, does it feel like an extension of your hand?

Sheath - see above.

Be aware that both of these are 'production' blades, i.e. not hand made. If you have serious needs for a knife and can wait on it, consider getting a hand-made blade from a reputable maker. You really get what you pay for in knives and hand-made knives increase in value.

HTH
