Seems like a cool idea.  I'd love to try it.  Need an Espresso machine though.


I don't want to imagine what would happen if Altofsky rolled outta bed & found his machine's steamer wand covered in egg goo.

 Eggs Espresso.

There is a place in Chicago (I want to say Hyde Park) that's been doing it for years.

I remember going there with a friend who was in grad school at U of Chicago and they were fucking awesome.

That was back in the mid 90's.

It really sounds like a perfect way to make scrambled eggs. Stirring them in a double boiler takes forever.

alpo - Damn, I just got rid of an espresso machine a few months ago beause I never used it. 



I want to try this but don't really want to fork out the dough just to make eggs.
