im currently living at my moms house while she is out doing a traveling job. her out of work drunk friend will be here after she leaves ( he said he is getting a ride home from a friend) i think this is a bullshit story. i have plans to kick him out tomarrow, im planning on using the cops to escort him out so i dont have to deal with him getting pissed after i give him the boot. my question is what should i tell the cop? can i file charges if he steps back onto the property after the cop escorts him out? thanks guys

The issues are whether the drunk has a license from your mom to occupy the property, what the scope of the license and occupancy are, and whether your mother has empowered you as an agent to grant or revoke licenses to enter the property. Allegedly.
