 squirrel skinning if you don't want to keep the skin...cut the skin of the varmit clear around the midsection, and pull both ways. The head is considered a delicacy in some parts of the world, so if your hungry enough add it to the pot. If you don't want to eat the head, cut the body off at the neck before skinning it. now take the varmit and run it over an open flame, singe off any hair sticking to the carcass, then wash it completely, inside and out, make sure and get all the blood and clots off its inwards. your now ready to stick it on a stick and cook it...average weight squirrel, takes 15-20 minutes.

 oh...and don't forget..you gut it..before skinning it..take your knife and split the squirrel from neck to vent and remove guts using a downward cupping motion. keeping your fingers tightly together. wipe clean with  some grass.
