 This is the last e-mail that I got from Stephan Kesting and he calls it robot leg.

It's a guard passing drill that looks great in regards to developing fluid movement on top when working a pass.

When I first saw it I thought he was going to show what I call "crazy leg" or what some people call "brazilian legs" where they guy on the bottom uses his legs and hip movement to defend the guard pass on top.

 Good drill.   We did this a lot at American Top Team.
