I want to set up a subnet with Server 2003 at home so I can learn a bit more about it..

This basically the setup i want:

Photobucket

Network 1 is basically - my GF and Flatsmates computers and my wireless subnet...

Network 2 is a domain for me to test a client/server enviroment..

---------------------------------------------------

So a few questions:

EVentually I want 2 printers and an external HD attached to the Server (as per drawing) and be able to access these via computers on Netwrk 1+2.

To test this I set up a shared (internal) drive on the server

at the moment the Server can see all the shared Drives etc on Network 1 and can also ping any PCs on it but No PC on network one can see the shared drive on the server or can Ping the static Ip addy of NIC card 1...

They can however see my Server machine listed in Workgroup computers.

Is this a something to do with the server being in a domain (for Network 2) and no longer in network 1's Workgroup or is it just seeting permissions to the drive on the server?

IS there a way that i can fix is so that resources on the Server can be shared on both network 1+2..

Thanks.

*going to put it on OG too as its pretty quiet here..
