Have a potential client asking if we can import their customer base into our system. They sent us a a database dump (MS SQL 2007 i think) and all the data seems to be encoded in some sort of hexadecimal format. Here is an example:

INSERT INTO `area` (`sn`,`city`,`name`,`post_no`) VALUES
(1,1,0xE4BB81E6849BE58D80,0x323030),
(2,1,0xE4BFA1E7BEA9E58D80,0x323031),
(3,1,0xE4B8ADE6ADA3E58D80,0x323032),
(4,1,0xE4B8ADE5B1B1E58D80,0x323033),
etc....

Their database probably has 100 tables and all the data is encoded just like this. Any idea how I can decode this into something I can actually understand?
