I have begun to experiment with some of the very basic exercies in the grapplers toolbox. Now, Scott says to not use muscle to do the movements, that they should just flow, but I feel a certain amount of fatigue locally after doing the work. Is this because I am learning the movements and in time the use of muscle in themovements will decrease, or am I missing something?

Jimmy, the fatigue relates to resistance to the movements, and to using your muscles in an unfamliar manner (rotational and angular diagonal) - both interconnected.
