What heavy bag would you recommend?
Best value?
Best if cost were no option?

Not a recommendation, but don't get a ringside muay Thai bag. The one I have fell apart/ripped in half. I've had to put a ton of duct tape to put it back together. The bag's shell is thin and flimsy. Phone Post

Anyone have experience with the water filled banana bags? I forget which company was selling it but there was a 200# bag that sounded pretty good. It was expensive, though.
