 Whats Everyones take On Supplements and what should i be taking. there are so many out there.

as of late ive been taking DAily vitamins, Fish oils, and creatin.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Creatine, multi-vit, vit d, and epa/dha are probably the only things most people would agree on.

Fish Oil, MSM for joints, Vit D (2000-4000IU), Calcium (I like the liqui-gels caps), low-dose Vit E (200IU). Vit D and Calcium work together so it's best to take both in mega-doses. 1-2g Calcium and 2-4K IU D, especially in the Winter) - the skin makes Vit-D so cut back in the Summer if you are outdoors and tanning a lot. If you are in the Northern latitudes, then you might get less sun so plan accordingly.

Key thing is the 'how' of vitamin taking. You do you assure you take them daily? I use a little baggie system and parcel out for 12-14 days ahead of time.
