Does anyone have any suggestions for a free email client with email recall option?

a client isn't going to help you if you don't have an email SERVER that the user you're emailing allows this for, and unless it's an exchange server, chances are it's not an option, or if it is, it's not enabled.

Recalling email only works for interoffice email. If you're sending email over the internet, you can't recall it.

that is not correct. exchange can do it over the web, and so can any mail server that can do it internally. the protocol doesn't have anything to do with it.
