Well it sounds like you will have to lose a lil muscle.  When is this?  How much time do you have till the tourney?

Well again it seems to me the facts are you need to lose a little muscle to make the weight.  Other wise you will have to cut to much to close to the event.  I wouldn't cut more than 6 in water.

So about the last 6 pounds in water as I have to weigh in right before i step on the mat? the only good thing i might only have one match..lol btw thanks for ur tiem and knowlege... i weigh in this moring 146.6 so being at 135.5 oct 1 is a little easier..lol

i got a question bc i do have a match coming up in 2 weeks ...i up my cardio and changed my diet also..i am cosuming 1 gallon to gallon and half of water a day..i know it 8 pounds per gallon etc.... my weight is up 2 pounds from before as i check it every moring...is this bc of all the water i am drinking as i thought that yea through the day it would add weight but does that mean every moring i will weigh heavier than before i start consuming water like that?
