I have been reading up on these a little bit, brands like MHP XPEL. Are there harsh side effects if using them for short periods of time, other than looking leaner?

All it is doing is making you pee out everything. We giving it to help people with edema and chf...but other than that, there is no real need for a healthy person to take it.
