Probably the place to start in Abilene is Zombie BJJ:

Jeremy Henderson is the instructor and is a purple belt. There may be others in the area, but I'd check out Jeremy's place first.

I train at Zombie w/ Jeremy and it's the best/only pure BJJ/MMA gym in the area. All the other gyms near by are karate schools that try to say they teach BJJ too.

We've had seminars at the gym with Romulo Barral, Braulio Estima, Draculino, Robson Moura, Cyborg Abreau, and others all in the last 12-16 months.

Let me know if you have any questions.
