im looking for a cheap NAS solution and have seen units such as pogoplug and seagate dockstar. anyone have any experience with these?

ive seen articles describing flashing the dockstar with openwrt and running transmission bittorrent client on it and that idea is super appealing to me.

am i missing any other options? im not interested in a fullblown NAS system (drobo) and like the idea of being able to hook up an external hd to the network.
