Day 3, had to do Abdominal Strength and Core Conditioning. Man its hard, I always had problems with the core workouts, p90x - core synergistics I hated, but its in the calendar so it needs to be done.

yes I'm sore right now but not as bad as yesterday.

Do you want me to continue with the thread or we just let this one die?

I'm reading a book on my phone that says to

- Go Green with eating as much as possible

- Drink only water - nothing else with calories

- Don't try to clean your plate, just eat until you're satified

- Eat often - small meals so you won't gorge

- Do some HIIT Training and lift weights

- Stick to it

officedrone23 - Unless you are planning on becoming an athlete in your 30's or 40's this is plain overkill that will result in a dusty box on the shelf and money missing from your account.

Kinda agree on that one up to a point.
Workouts are good for sure, it's surprisingly helpful sometimes to have it running on my lcd while doing the workout. Helps you push some more sometimes and you get quite good flow into your training.

Yet it can easy be overkill for some fat-ass dude, who is way out of shape. I showed RUSHFIT to my mate who is 5'10, 260 lbs fat as fuck. He couldn't even complete a warmup :D

Even for me advanced training calendar is a bit overkill - two hard workouts per day sometimes, it's just too much. Maybe I could pull it off with TRT, but normally I'm just unable to recover properly, so I have to modify this calendar.

^Pretty much the gold standard for an average person trying to get very fit.

This is why I've always been hesitant to be a personal trainer...Once you know the answer, all you have to do is do it and it's 100% free....It seems like a gamble of a living!

Yes, I'm still a fatty, but I can now do 150 pushups and 300 situps in 5 and 4 sets, respectively.

I'll come back, hopefully one day soon, and by doing so will earn my place in the UG Hall Of Fame, relegating the hall of shame to the distant past.

regarding Rushfit, yeah I'm still doing it, gonna repeat week 4 because missed the cardio workouts last week (had to gave sex to wife)

but so far no more soreness, I'm getting more lets say 'fluid' with the movements, and something is happening to my traps and delts, the fight conditioning workout is pure fun

do they serve healthy food in jail?

im wondering if its possible to simply lose weight by just being in jail. im guessing you drink only water there or are there soft drinks?

or maybe a sedentry lifestyle in the slammer only makes one fatter.
