domernd1 - How long are the workouts?

 They include a 10 minute warm-up, 5 five minute rounds with a minute rest in between, and a 5 minute stretch-out.

A work colleague lost 40kg (88 pounds) since last summer by starting to eat 6 times a day. He has skipped all the beer, candy and fatty products. Works quite good for him.

 I usually step on the scale every morning, but I'll probably stop doing that and just do it once a week or so.

I dug out my almost unused 6 lb tub of 100% Whey Protein that was sitting in the closet for a few years.  Should I mix it up before and after workout, or just after?

 It's kinda funny in a pathetic way.  My arms are burnt out before the warm-up is done, so by the time the workout rolls around, I'm doing pushups on my knees...except my knees are up under my belly instead of behind me.

THAT indeed would make a funny vid.
