180grams of non fat Greek yoghurt, one scoop of banana myofusion protein, mix it in until its smooth and not lumpy, add fruit of ur choice ( I choose banana coz I have it pre or post workout and goes well with the banana protein ) , handful of walnuts. Gives u a good amount of protein, carbs and fats and its delicious.
