I am sure this question has been asked before, but I am too lazy to dig for it.

I just want some opinions on some of the basics.

Are there any companies that are "better" than others when dealing with my particular business (BJJ and Judo).

What is a reasonable amount of coverage for a moderately sized school, and is there an average price range to expect?

What is reasonable to agree to in accordance to a lease agreement?

Is there anything to look out for when shopping around?

I don't usually spend much time on this forum, so I really appreciate any help or direction you guys can give me.

I don't really have any advice, as my insurance is through a preexisting gym, but I would bet it's going to vary by state. Do you have an insurance broker?

On another note, one of my students is training with you while he's in your area on business, and he's enjoying it quite a bit. Please change that by beating him viciously.
