BJJ-Workouts: Training Tips for BJJ, Owner

I just picked this up yesterday via Amazon. It's a great book written in 1950 originally in French by Moshe Feldenkrais.

What I found suprising is that recommends butt-flopping. But he shows several techniques on how to do it with dignity, not in today's manner. This of course is only if your opponent is too strong standing up.

There's also a lot leg locks and even a neck crank.

Is the book "higher judo'? I think he is applying his engineering principles to judo. He seems very cerebral.

Yes, I put that in the title. Sorry I should have included it within the post as well.

Moshe is the creator of the Feldenkrais Method. Yes, very cerebral but in a good way. Very physical as well.
