I've been lurking the UG for years, and posting for a little bit.

I'm a musician and have always looked around the OG because i was surprised that there was no forum for musicians...

APPARENTLY I DIDN"T LOOK VERY HARD.

This is soo huge for me right now.
I can't believe this has been here unnoticed by me all this time.

AWESOME!

I am NOT one of those knowledgeable folks. I suck and love being a hack strummer.

I do wish this forum was more active though.

Peace

I'm sorry if,as mod of the SoundGround, I've not been doing my part to keep it an active forum.

I've been very busy.

However, I'd like to work on it. drewsiph, threads like your pedalboard one are great. It gets a topic going.

I hope I can soon get back to doing some threads regarding guitar maintenance and set up. Stuff guitarists can use.  If guitar or bass isn't your thing, well, I'm not going to be much help.

A guitar I built in about 1984:

arch-top Tele style with set neck and semi hollow body, maple over swamp ash. Hybiscus inlays by Keith Holland.
