On Jan 12th I had a cva that went untreated for 6 days. It was caused by a PFO and I didnt have any risk factors but prehypertension. I was discharged with the only rehab being speech therapy and am on a bp med, lipid med, and asa. They apparently are not fixing pfo's due to lack of evidence it doesnt reduce strokes anymore then antiplatelet therapy.

Physically I am about 80%. No paralysis, just slight balance issues....Would I be able to do bjj again? I know there are risks with carotid jokes. My doctors said nothing but"activity as tolerated and no restrictions....what should I do? What can I do?
